Yes — the Emotion Code is beautifully effective for beginners. You don't need to believe in anything specific or do anything during the session. You simply rest, and your body receives.
How does a remote session actually work?+
Energy isn't bound by location. Using your name and intention, I energetically connect to your system, identify trapped emotions, and release them — exactly as I would in person.
Will I feel anything during the session?+
Many people feel waves of warmth, gentle emotional release, deeper sleep, or a quiet lightness in the chest. Others feel shifts in the days following. All experiences are welcome and right.
What is the heart wall?+
The heart wall is an energetic layer of trapped emotions your body created to protect your heart from pain. Clearing it gently allows more love, intuition, and emotional safety to flow.
How many sessions will I need?+
Many people feel meaningful relief after one session. For deeper layers — heart wall, trauma, long-held patterns — a series of 3–6 sessions is beautifully supportive.
Is this a substitute for therapy or medical care?+
No. Emotion Code is a complementary energy practice and is not a replacement for medical, mental health, or therapeutic care. It pairs beautifully alongside them.
